This appeal is directed against the order dated 29th September 2022, by which, the application filed by the appellant seeking temporary injunction has been rejected. 2.

The order sheets indicate that on 9th January 2025 as well as on 9th June 2025, adjournment was sought on behalf of the appellant. Even today also adjournment is sought. 3.

Learned senior counsel for respondent no. 1 has invited attention of this Court to the order dated 12th October 2022 and it has been pointed out that the appellants are repeatedly seeking adjournments and the fairness which has been showed on behalf of the respondent is taken for granted.

By way of indulgence hearing is deferred. It is made clear that in case the appeal is not argued on the next date of hearing, the respondent no. 1 shall not be bound by the statement contained in the order dated 12th October 2022. 5.
