Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that all disputes and differences among them covered by this Contempt Petition No.29 of 2024 in Commercial Arbitration Petition No.614 of 2021 have been fully and finally settled by way of Consent Terms executed on January 3, 2025.

A copy of the aforesaid Consent Terms executed among the parties has been tendered and is marked 'X' for identification and taken on record. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the Consent Terms do not contain any provision that is contrary to the law. The signatories on behalf of the parties are present in Court, and confirm that they are satisfied with the sufficiency of consideration given to one another as recorded in the Consent Terms. In these circumstances, undertakings given by the parties to one another shall be treated as
undertakings given to the Court.

Interim Application No.3596 of 2024 had been filed to bring to on record Respondent No.6, who is a new developer who has taken over the redevelopment project in question. This Interim Application is hereby allowed. It is noted that the Respondent No.6 is also a party to the Consent Terms.

This Petition is finally disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms tendered today. Needless to say all connected Interim Applications will also stand finally disposed of. 5.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
