Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation, 1996 ("the Act") challenging the arbitral award in question has been heard finally and judgment is reserved.

There is a Section 9 Petition that was filed after passing of the award and an interim arrangement was made in that Petition. There is a further Interim Application to vary the interim arrangement that had been directed in this Section 9 Petition.

Since the Section 34 Petition itself is finally heard and judgment is reserved, it would be in the fitness of things to stand over the matter to February 14, 2025 to ascertain the factual position as of that date. Liberty is granted to the parties to mention the matter should the judgment that has been reserved under the Section 34 Petition be passed before February 14, 2025.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
