The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner has submitted that through inadvertence Schedule to the Concession 1/2

5-CARBP-15-24.doc Agreement, which forms part of the Concession Agreement, remained to be annexed at Exh.C to the Arbitration Petition. 3.

In view thereof, the Petitioner shall carry out the amendment to Exh.C by incorporating the Schedule to the Concession Agreement, which was part of the record of the learned Arbitrator and the same shall be done within a period of one week from the date of this order. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.

The Commercial Arbitration Petition shall be placed on 18th March 2024.
