In both the petitions, none appears for the Respondents. 2) Office record indicates that court notices have been served in both the petitions on Respondent No.1. The notices are not served on Respondent No.2. By order dated 17 February 2023 passed in Arbitration Petition No. 140/2024, Petitioner was directed to serve Respondent No.2 by way of paper publication. However, the Petitioner has not complied with the said direction. The Petitioner shall serve Respondent No.2 by publishing notices in Free Press Journal and Nav Shakti indicating next date of hearing as 11 December 2025 and file Affidavit of service. List on 11 December 2025.
