When the matter was called, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that though the Petition originally had 9 Petitioners, the Respondentdeveloper has arrived at a settlement with seven Petitioners except Petitioner Nos.6 and 7.

Learned Counsel for Respondent-developer submitted that the Respondent-developer was not averse to settle the Petition with Petitioner Nos.6 and 7 provided a reasonable stand.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that his client is willing to execute a PAAA Agreement on the same basis that was executed with the other Petitioners.

I see no reason why, if this is the case, the Petition cannot be worked out among the parties.
