Mr. Surana, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Developer today submits that Petitioner Nos.6 and 7 have not been discriminating, but it was only on account of the fact that they did not have share certificates in their names, the Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement had not been executed by the Developer. He submitted that on the said Petitioners obtaining such share certificates, the Permanent Alternate Mugdha

2 903-CARBP 337-24.doc Accommodation Agreement shall be executed with the Petitioners and extend all benefits which have been given to the other members of the Society, subject to clearance of MHADA.
