In these proceedings, in pursuance of execution of ex-parte adinterim order, the Court Receiver has submitted Court Receiver's Report No.272 of 2023. The same is taken on record. 2.
The learned counsel for the plaintiff, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the suit.

Hence, the suit is disposed of as withdrawn. Pending leave petition and interim applications are also disposed of. 4.
The Court fees shall be refunded as per Rules. 5.
