Ms Dhuri learned counsel for the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) seeks an adjournment to obtain instructions. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the BMC has put up an unauthorised cabin blocking the fire exit to the Petitioner's restaurant. As a result, the Petitioner is unable to obtain the Fire Compliance Certificate.

If the allegations of the Petitioner are correct then, the BMC will have sort out this matter at the earliest. 4.

Accordingly, we direct the BMC officials to inspect the site within a week from today and file affidavit along with photographs by 11th July 2024.

List the matter for consideration on 19th July 2024. 6.

Ad interim order granted earlier to continue until the next date.
