Mr. Bansal, learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that Interim Application (L) No.4182 of 2025 has been filed seeking to bring on record certain events that have transpired after filing of the suit. He submits that the Interim Application has been served upon the Defendant in February, 2025. However, Defendant has not filed any affidavit in reply. The learned counsel undertakes to file affidavit of service.

Having due regard to the submissions made and going through the Interim Application, I am satisfied that the amendments would have to be allowed in the interest of justice.

The Interim Application is thus made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

In so far as the Interim Application No. 719 of 2025 is concerned, the learned counsel points out that though time for reply is taken in February, 2025, no reply has been filed by the Defendant. 5.
List the Interim Application No. 719 of 2025 for hearing on 15 th October, 2025 (HOB).
