When the matter was called out, Ms. Chandnani, learned counsel for the Defendant makes a statement that her client has, since the year 2019, not been using the name "Punya Stores" but has been using the name "Punit". She submits that she will place this on an affidavit.

Ms. Chandnani submits that, if any registration for "Punya" has been obtained, the same shall not be put into force and effect. Her statement is accepted.

Nothing further would therefore survive in the Interim Application, the same is accordingly disposed of.
