By order dated 30th August 2024 passed in Interim Application No.1990 of 2024, the said Interim Application seeking amendment to plaint has been allowed. Mr. Kamerkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Plaintiff states that pursuant Sonali

903-IA-1990-2024.DOC to said order amendment is also carried out as well as cost of Rs.25,000/- has also been paid to the High Court Law Library, Mumbai. However, he states that inadvertently, in paragraph No.40 of the Schedule of amendment instead of copy of the Notice of Motion, copy of the Suit is mentioned and proper Exhibit-Z1 also required to be added. He tenders a draft amendment of correct paragraph No.40. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Accordingly, leave is granted to the Plaintiff to carry out the amendment in amended plaint in terms of the draft amendment taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with. 3.

Needless to clarify that copy of the amended plaint will be served on all the Defendants within a period of two weeks from today.
