A praecipe has been filed by the Applicant for speaking to the minutes of the common order dated 6th April 2026 passed in the above Interim Applications.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that certain typographical and clerical errors have inadvertently crept into the said order, which require correction.

Having perused the praecipe and the said order, the following corrections are directed to be carried out in the order dated 6th April 2026:

(i) Appearance Column :

(a) On page 2, last line, the words "Respondent/Caveator in IA/2807/2024" shall stand corrected to read"Petitioner in IA/2807/2024".

(b) On page 3, 3rd line, the words "Applicant/Petitioner in IA/2807/2024" shall stand corrected to read "Applicant/ Caveator in IA/2807/2024".

(ii) Paragraph 23 (Page 17):

In the 7th line, the word "rests" shall stand corrected to "vests". (iii) Paragraph 25 (Page 18):

In the 4th line, the numeral "58" shall stand corrected to "38". (iv) Paragraph 33 (Page 23):

In the 1st line, the numeral "70" shall stand corrected to "17". (v) Cause Title:

In view of the fact that the original Petitioner Shaunak Choksi expired on 9th January 2026, and pursuant to the order dated 14th January 2026, Himanshu Choksi has been brought on record in his place, the cause title in the said order shall stand corrected to reflect Himanshu Choksi as Petitioner, and the address shall also be changed accordingly.

The aforesaid corrections to be carried out in the order dated 6th April 2026, and the corrected copy be uploaded accordingly. 6.
