Pursuant to the order dated 7th July 2025. today when the matter is called out, Mr. Pai, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicants and submits that as directed, Affidavit in support of the Interim Application has been served, however the same could not be filed in time and this Court direct the Registry to accept the same. Mr. Pai submits that this Court may now direct the disclosure against the other partners as well as injunction with respect to the assets.

However, since none appears for the Respondents, list on 25th August 2025.

It is made clear that if none appears for the Respondents on the next date, this Court will pass appropriate orders after hearing the learned Counsel for the Applicants in the matter. Interim Application No. 3648 of 2025 :

None for the Applicant.

Mr. Pai, learned Counsel, appearing for the Respondents submits that the proceedings in the NCLT based on which this Interim Application had been filed has been dismissed for non-removal of office objections. That no rejoinder has been filed till date. That Respondent No.2 also does not seem to be present in Court. 8.

However since none appears for the Applicants, list on 25th August 2025.

Let the Respondent No.2 remains present in Court on the next date and also furnish an explanation, by way of an Affidavit, to this Kanchan Dhuri 2/3

Court with respect to his absence today.
