Mr. Shukla, learned Counsel for the Respondents unable to explain the absence.

Also Mr. Pai submits that no rejoinder has been filed in the Interim Application No. 3648 of 2025. Mr. Pai submits that disclosures have been made only from the Respondent No.2 and not from any other partners from the firm.

Since request is made on behalf of the Respondents in Interim Application no. 3092 of 2025 and for the Applicants in Interim Application No. 3648 of 2025, list on 14th October, 2025. 6.

Let the Respondent No.2 be positively remain present in the Court on the next date, failing which this Court will be constrained to secure his presence through the State machinery. 7.

Let rejoinder to the Interim Application No. 3648 of 2025 be filed by the next date with copy to the others.
