The Court appreciates the efforts put in by the legal team of both the parties and also the parties themselves in resolving the issue raised in the present suit amicably.

The parties have tendered signed consent terms which are taken by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

2026.05.07 17:35:34 +0530 on record and marked "X" for identification. The parties are present in RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE the chamber and after interacting with them, the parties have stated that they have understood the contents of the Consent Terms and they

The undertaking given in the Consent Terms are to be treated as undertaking given to the Court.

All the parties (plaintiffs and defendants) to bear the charges of the Court Receiver equally. If any amount is required to be paid towards the same after adjusting the deposit then the same should be paid within four weeks from the demand being made by the Court Receiver's office.

Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms referred to herein above.

In view of above, Court Receiver stands discharged without passing the accounts and further symbolic possession of the Court Receiver stands discharged. The board affixed on the suit property be removed by the parties.

Interim Application does not survive. Court Receiver's Report does not survive.
