Not on board. Taken on Production Board in view of the production praecipe submitted on behalf of the defendant. 2.

Learned counsel for the defendant submits that pursuant to the order dated 1st February 2026, the defendant was granted time to file the written statement within two weeks. She submits that due to inadvertence on the part of the Advocate, the written statement remained to be filed though it is notarized in 2022 and is ready to be E-File. She submits that if permitted, she would E-File Page no. 1 of 2

Learned counsel for the defendant further points out that when the order was passed, none had appeared for the plaintiffs though the application was served upon the earlier Advocate. She submits that some new Advocate has filed appearance for the plaintiffs. However, she was unable to serve physically. However, intimation of this production is given to the learned Advocate for the plaintiffs through email. Print out of the email is produced and taken on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, defendant is permitted to file the written statement through E-Filing portal, latest by 16th March 2026. Learned Advocate for the defendant shall serve copy of this order on the learned Advocate, who has filed appearance for the plaintiffs.
