The application seeks leave to appeal against the judgment dated 28.4.2022 convicting the the non-applicant no.1 of the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act 1884. The learned Appellate Court has reversed the acquittal by allowing the appeal. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the findings of the Appellate Court are contrary to the evidence on record considering which, leave is granted.
