The above application is filed seeking special leave to challenge the impugned order dated 2th June 2022 passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class "E" Court Panaji Goa in Criminal Case No.OA/892/2018/E.

By the impugned order the criminal complaint filed by the Applicant under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 was dismissed.

Considering that this is an application for leave to appeal, the Respondent will have to be heard.
