Though the petitioners are challenging modification of Schedule F prepared under Rule 12 of the M. E. P. S. Rules, 1981 by the impugned notification dated 24 March 2023 as being inconsistent with Sec. 16 of the M. E. P. S. Act and although for last six months matter is awaiting response from the State. 2.

By way of last chance, at the request of the learned A. G. P. matter is adjourned to 06.08.2024. To be placed in urgent category. 3.
