Let the Forest Department of the State of Maharashtra filed an appropriate affidavit as the Petitioner raises a challenge to the notification issued on 05.11.2019, by the Forest Department, thereby changing the entry in the schedule from 52/2 to 55/2 and it is the contention of the Petitioner that the process for inclusion of this land as forest is not followed.
