Petitioner has filed this Petition in May 2023 challenging the order passed in August 2018. Now explanation is sought to given by learned counsel for the Petitioner that subsequently a document is found which support the cast claim of the Petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that claims of Petitioner's father-Mangesh Dhonraj Chavan and brotherShubham Mangesh Chavan, are under scrutiny before the scrutiny Committee and the Scrutiny Committee will not look into the document which is stated to be now found in view of the Y.S.Patil

Stand over the hearing of this Petition to 18 June 2024, the Scrutiny Committee will proceed with the pending claim of Petitioner's father and brother including consideration of the additional documents stated to be now traced and placed before the Scrutiny Committee.

If the caste certificates of Petitioner's father and brother are validated, liberty to apply. In case any adverse orders are passed and Writ Petitions are filed, liberty to circulate the same with the present Petition.
