Considering the cause put-forth and on perusing the pleadings in the light of the oral submissions, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained. 3.

The Petitioners submits that they may file a PIL. We intend to test the bona fides of these Petitioners, if this petition is to be converted into a P.I.L. Let each one of them deposit an amount of Rupees One Lakh in this Court, on or before 25.01.2024. If this amount is deposited, liberty to the Petitioners to follow the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules and convert this petition into a P.I.L. Thereafter, liberty to circulate the P.I.L. If the above directions are
