Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that after the demise of the Petitioner's son, Respondent No.7, that is, daughterin-law of the Petitioner was appointed on a compassionate basis with the Respondent -Municipal Corporation on an undertaking that she will look after the family members of the deceased, however, this undertaking is being breached and therefore, action be taken against Respondent No. 7.

The Petitioner will give notice to the Respondent -Municipal Corporation and Respondent No. 7 and file an affidavit of service. 5.

After Respondent No. 7 is so served, the Court may consider referring the parties for mediation.
