The Petitioner and her daughter-in-law, Respondent No.7, have arrived at consent terms, which are reduced into writing and duly signed by the said litigants as well as their learned Advocates, who have identified them. Both are present in the Court hall. An amount of Rs.5,75,000/- is paid to the Petitioner by the daughter in law, vide a demand draft dated 28th February, 2025, copy of which is at page no.7 in the compilation containing the consent terms.

The consent terms along with the colour copy of the demand draft (7 pages) are taken on record and marked as ' X ' for identification.

Both the learned Advocates submit, on instructions from their respective clients, that the consent terms have been implemented and nothing remains to be implemented, post the order of this Court. The medical card is also handed over to the mother-inlaw (the Petitioner), in the Court hall. 4.

Both the learned Advocates jointly submit that this Petition can be disposed off in the light of the consent terms, X. The statement is accepted and this Petition is disposed off in the light of the same.

The death benefits and other amounts, which are payable by the Corporation, in the light of the consent terms, shall be released by the Corporation in favour of Respondent No.7 only, within 45 days from today.
