Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that after the demise of the Petitioner's son, Respondent No.7, that is, daughter-in-law of the Petitioner was appointed on a compassionate basis with the Respondent -Municipal Corporation on an undertaking that she will look after the family members of the deceased, however, this undertaking is being breached and therefore, action be taken against Respondent No. 7.

The Petitioner will give notice to the Respondent -Municipal Corporation and Respondent No. 7 and file an affidavit of service.

After Respondent No. 7 is so served, the Court may consider referring the parties for mediation. 2.

The learned counsel appears for Respondent No. 7. Considering the subject matter we may deem it appropriate that before the matter is proceeded on merits, an attempt to resolve the dispute through Mediation process be tried. The Coordinator, High Court Mediation Center, Mumbai to appoint a suitable Mediator to mediate upon the dispute. The learned counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent No. 7 states that the parties will contact the Coordinator, High Court Mediation Center, Mumbai for necessary instructions. The Coordinator, High Court Mediation Center, Mumbai will guide the parties for further steps to be taken.
