The learned Advocates representing the Petitioner and Respondent No.7, submit that Respondent No. 7, who is a compassionate appointee, has settled the dispute with the Petitioner, who is her mother-in-law. It is stated jointly that the settlement terms will be tendered before the Court, on 20th February, 2025. 2.

It is also conveyed that no direct or indirect financial burden would be created by such settlement, on the State exchequer.
