Heard the learned Advocates for the Petitioners and for Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 and the learned AGP for the State. 2.
The Petitioners have already applied through the online mode for seeking transfer under the general transfer policy. However, Talwalkar
915.WP217.219.2024.odt after lodging such applications, spouses of some of the Petitioners were transferred to particular locations and the son of Petitioner No. 2 in Writ Petition No. 217 of 2022, is purportedly suffering from Locomotor disability. The Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 219 of 2022, is a widow. All of them desire to change their options and choose different locations. 3.
In such circumstances, it would be cumbersome to permit such Petitioners to edit the already uploaded forms since such leave to edit can be granted in cases where there are errors committed in filling of the forms. In the cases before us, there is no ground of error. The ground taken is of personal convenience.

In view of the above, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off. If the Petitioners tender fresh application forms through online mode, the Authorities concerned would consider such forms in accordance with their policies and government resolution applicable.
