This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 6th December, 2024.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner regretfully submits that he has inadvertently mentioned, Writ Petition No.217 SUNNY THOTE

502-WP-219-2024.odt of 2024, as Writ Petition No.217 of 2022. Secondly, it was wrongly mentioned that the Petitioner is a widow. She is a divorcee. 4.

In view of the above, this motion is disposed off. Paragraph No.2, is reads as under :

"2.

The Petitioners have already applied through the online mode for seeking transfer under the general transfer policy. However, after lodging such applications, spouses of some of the Petitioners were transferred to particular locations and the son of Petitioner No.2 in Writ Petition No.217 of 2024 is purportedly suffering from Locomotor disability. The Petitioner in Writ Petition No.219 of 2024, is a divorcee. All of them desire to change their options and choose different locations." 5.
