The learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that the respondent No.2 intends to demolish the entire existing structure/building since they are seeped with illegality as indicated in the order of the Town Planning Authority dated 14.02.2012 (Page-4 on the additional documents dated 01.02.2014) which would be in compliance of the order of this Court passed in Writ Petition No.5215/2013 dated 27.01.2016 by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

39-WP-275-2024.doc (Page-48) which directs demolition of the additional three floors on the three buildings, which subsequently has, on an application filed by the respondent No.4 been stayed subject to the condition that the upper three floors should be made non livable. It is therefore stated that by demolition of the old structures and the new structure/s in terms of the plans, which may be sanctioned would be constructed, which is the purpose for which the deemed conveyance order has been passed. 2.

In view of the above statement, the learned counsel to place on record resolution to the above extract. 3.

List the matter on 25th June, 2024.
