The learned counsel for the Petitioner makes grievance that, before passing order dated 16th June 2022 allowing intervention Application of the contesting Respondents, Petitioners were heard by the Revenue Minister in RTS No.3521 of 447 File No.239 and RTS No.3521 of 448 File No.240. 2.

This contention is opposed by the contesting Respondents by referring to the email addressed by the Petitioner. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

23-WP-342-2024.doc Since there is dispute with regard to the fact that as to whether the Petitioners was heard before passing of the impugned order dated 16th June 2022 allowing Intervention Application, learned AGP is directed to place before this Court original proceedings of the RTS No.3521 of 447 File No.239 and RTS No.3521 of 448 File No.240 for perusal of the next date of the hearing. After perusal of the said proceedings appropriate order shall be passed. 3.

Stand over to 25th September 2024.

Interim relief, granted earlier, if any, to continue till next date.

Rejoinder, if any, be permitted to file before the next date of hearing.
