This Preacipe is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 10th September 2024 in Clause Title multiple Petitioners are mentioned as "Pallavi Shekhar Chidgupkar & Ors" is wrongly mentioned. Hence, it be corrected as "Pallavi Shekhar Chidgupkar".

In the First Paragraph "Petitioners were heard by the Revenue Minister" it is wrongly mentioned, it should be corrected as "Petitioner was not heard by the Revenue Minster". The First Paragraph of the order be read as under:- N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned counsel for the Petitioner makes grievance that, before passing order dated 16th June 2022 allowing intervention Application of the contesting Respondents, Petitioner was not heard by the Revenue Minister in RTS No.3521 of 447 File No.239 and RTS No.3521 of 448 File No.240."

In the Second Paragraph first line "Contesting Respondents" is wrongly mentioned it be corrected as "Contesting Respondent Nos.4 to 6C" and in line No.4 "Petitioners" is wrongly mentioned, it should be corrected as "Petitioner". The Paragraph No.2 be read as under:- "2. This contention is opposed by the contesting Respondent Nos.4 to 6C by referring to the email addressed by the Petitioner. Since there is dispute with regard to the fact that as to whether the Petitioner was heard before passing of the impugned order dated 16th June 2022 allowing Intervention Application, learned AGP is directed to place before this Court original proceedings of the RTS No.3521 of 447 File No.239 and RTS No.3521 of 448 File No.240 for perusal of the next date of the hearing. After perusal of the said proceedings appropriate order shall be passed."

The order be corrected accordingly. Rest of the order remain as it is.
