According to the learned advocate for the petitioner, the respondents have alternative road. Moreover, such contention raised before the authorities below has not been considered. According to him, the authorities are constructing road from the land owned by the petitioner without acquiring the land. 3.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) till 13 February 2024.
