Learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that the developer has failed to clear arrears of transit rent even though the Petitioner has vacated the structure in the year 2008. He points out that the Petitioner has now been adjudged as eligible and still rents are not being paid 2.
Learned counsel for the SRA refers to communication dated 10th March 2023 (at page 44 of the paper book) by which directions are issued by the SRA to the developer (Respondent No.4) to clear the arrears.

Despite service, the 4th Respondent has not appeared. 01st July 2024

Therefore, we now direct the 4th Respondent to comply with the SRA's directions issued by communication dated 10th March 2023 on or before 29th July 2024. The 4th Respondent must file compliance report with the SRA by 30th July 2024. If no compliance report is received by the SRA by 30th July 2024, the SRA must act in accordance with law to recover this amount from the developer or take such other action as is permissible against the developer.

The SRA to file its compliance report by 9th August 2024. 6.
Stand over to 14th August 2024.

The Petitioner to serve copy of this order on the developer. 8.
