The District Superintendent of Land Records, Dhule shall measure the land of the petitioner in presence of the concerned officer of respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks from today and submit the measurement report to the competent authority. 2.

The petitioner shall remain present for such measurement on 29.06.2026. If it is found that petitioner's land is affected by construction of National Highway, appropriate acquisition proceedings shall be initiated within four weeks thereafter.

Petitioner shall deposit the measurement charges within two weeks from today.

If it is found that petitioner's land is affected by construction of National Highway, the competent authority shall bear the measurement charges and charges deposited by the petitioner shall be refunded to the petitioner.
