The learned counsel for the Petitioner asserts that the Petitioner is as on today also working with Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 He states that Respondent No. 6 is a Minority Institution and the question as to whether the Teacher's Eligibility Test is necessary for the Assistant Teacher in minority institution is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

At the request of the learned AGP, stand over to 11 June 2024. 3.

The position is as on today regarding Petitioner's service to be maintain till the next date.
