The Petitioners' applications for caste certificate have been rejected. Their appeal to the Scrutiny Committee is dismissed. The finding given by the Scrutiny Committee is that the caste certificate TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE of the Petitioners' father is invalid. That being the position, the TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE Date: 2024.01.23 17:08:47 +0530 question would arise as to how the Petitioners can be given caste certificate of the same community. There is no explanation given in the writ petition. The writ petition could have been dismissed today itself for this reason, but the time is sought on behalf of the Petitioners, who has not appeared inspite of circulating the same, by way of indulgence, stand over to 18 March 2024.
