Leave to amend is granted to correct dates and reference in para 13 of the Petition. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

The Petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate basis in place of his father who expired during service on 11 August 2021. It appears that the Petitioner had applied for appointment on compassionate basis to Respondent Management on 20 January 2022 and also forwarded an application to the Education Officer. From the communication dated 8 March 2003, we see that the Education Officer had also written to the Management earlier to

Stand over to 12 March 2024.

Education Officer (Secondary), Solapur will call the representative of the Respondent Management to attend his office to ensure that his own directions are complied with. Since the Respondent Management is an aided institution, the Respondent Education Officer has all the power to take deterrent measures for non compliance of his directions.

Meanwhile the Petitioner will give notice to unrepresented Respondents and file affidavit of service.
