Learned AGP submits that after the order was passed by this Court on 21.03.2025, government resolution has been passed and accordingly those teachers who were found eligible are now getting payment as per the scale.

Mr. Pawar, learned Advocate for petitioner in Writ Petition No. 462/2024 admits the said fact and submits that now as regards this petitioner is concerned, the question is only regarding the backwages. 3.

Learned AGP seeks accommodation to place the GR on record as well as to verify as to who amongst the petitioners before this Court have held eligible and what stand has been taken by the Government in respect of those teachers who have been found eligible in respect of backwages.

Such affidavit to be filed on or before. 07.01.2026. Copy of the same be given to other side, in advance.

Place the matter for further consideration on 12.01.2026. 6.

Ad-interim relief, if any, in any matter, to continue till the next date of hearing.
