We have perused the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of the respondent no.1 dated 15th June, 2024. In paragraph 8, it has been stated as under:- "I say and submit that in the light of the foregoing submissions, it can be seen that as the Enquiry is not yet decided, the relief claimed by the Petitioner cannot be granted at this stage and the Petition is therefore, liable to be dismissed, and be dismissed as such."
