The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 seeks one week time to obtain instructions as to when the reply submitted by the Petitioner to the show cause notice dated 25.08.2021 would be considered by the Disciplinary Authority.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that pending outcome of the Disciplinary Authority, the Petitioner be granted provisional pension subject to furnishing an undertaking that the Petitioner would refund the amounts in question, if any, penalty in that Husen 1/2
