1] Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 on instructions submits that in the next meeting of the Disciplinary Committee, reply of the petitioner dated 08/10/2021 to the show cause notice dated 25/08/2021 would be considered. He further submits that disciplinary inquiry that was held against the concerned stenographer has been concluded. The said delinquent has been exonerated.
