By this Petition, the challenge is to the order dated 31st July 2023 passed by the Competent Authority. Against the said order, remedy of Appeal under Section 16 of the Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 is available. In that view of the matter, Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.
