1. We adjourn the proceedings to 1 April 2025, to enable the petitioner to deposit with the State Commission the balance amount along with the entire interest on the total amount of the compensation which has been awarded by the State Commission by its order dated 23 December 2016. 2. On such compliance, we shall hear this petition. The proof of deposit be filed with the Registry.

3. We clarify that in the event, the balance amount along with interest is not deposited, as directed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra, Mumbai, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

4. In view of the aforesaid orders, the execution of the order shall remain stayed till the adjourned date of hearing.
