At the outset Mr.Rajeshirke, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-Trust submits that two of the Petitioners, who are now prosecuting the Petition and challenging the elections were elected as Trustees in the same elections and have been regularly attending the meetings of the Trust and discharging their duties as Trustees. Mr.Khandeparkar, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, would submit that the Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 would immediately step down from the post of trustees. The statement is accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

The Petition will have to be heard finally. List the Petition on the final hearing board of 16th January, 2025. The compilation of documents to be tendered in the Register before the next date.
