Mr.Sakhare, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, states that the Review Petition, praying for review of the order dated 3rd May 2023 passed in Writ Petition No.3124 of 2022, under which the petitioner's case, according to the petitioner, would stand covered, would be moved before the reviewing bench. He states that a last opportunity be given, and if no orders in review proceedings are passed on or before the adjourned date of hearing, this Court can proceed to hear the proceedings and pass appropriate orders. 2.

We accept the request of Mr.Sakhare.
