This petition is filed making grievance regarding communication issued six years ago. In the petition, it is stated that TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE there is no delay in filing the petition when obviously on the face of TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE Date: 2024.01.31 15:28:29 +0530 it there is. For the delay should not be considered as latches an explanation will have to be given.

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to file additional affidavit placing on record as to why the petition should not be considered as barred by latches.
