The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner's application dated 7th February 2024 that was moved before the Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur came to be rejected on 3rd March 2024.

He seeks leave to implead the Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur as Respondent No.3 and also raise the challenge to the order dated 11th March 2024 passed by the said Authority. 3.

The leave as prayed for is granted. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Thereafter, issue notice to the newly added Respondent No.3, returnable on 20th June 2024.
