Learned counsel for the Respondents informs us that the Petition does not survive, in as much as the Petitioner's complaint has been decided on merits by the Maharashra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Maha. RERA).

Perused the Petition. By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent No.1 to list the complaint for hearing on urgent basis and to expeditiously hear and dispose of the complaint Gaikwad RD 1/2

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 has tendered the order passed by the Maha. RERA dated 15th May 2025 on the Petitioner's complaint. The said order is taken on record. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
