Narsingh Gramin Bigar Sheti path Sanstha (Regd) in 7/12 abstract of the petitioner's land by respondent no.2.

In substance, the petitioner has challenged the revenue entry. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has already filed a Civil Suit. The entry in the Revenue record if any, is subject to decision of the Civil Suit.

2/2 29 WP 771-24.doc In addition, the petitioner has an alternative remedy under the provisions of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1960. We are therefore not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. The same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available in law.
